Information:
Information for Saturday, January 9th Drive: We will meet at 11:30 at Mill Hollow Park in Cottonwood Heights. Address is 2900 Hollow Mill Dr. (about 6725 So.). Google Maps to find it. It is up close to Big Cottonwood Canyon area. Bring your own lunch as we will eat at the park like we have done most of last year. There is a covered pavilion but it is not reserved for us, so there may be other people there. It is a popular place for people to walk their dogs. There are restrooms, however I do not know if they are open. Bring your camp chairs in case we have to sit on the lawn to eat. Don't forget your masks for social distancing! We will have a short lunch and most likely will do the birthday drawings for January birthdays. After we will do a short drive along Wasatch Blvd. to Draper and if weather is good will head up Suncrest and down the other side to Utah County. Drive will end there in Highland and you can make your own way home via I-15 or go back over Suncrest again. Weather is forecasted for a light snow but I really think it will be gone by then. Now it is Blue Skies and Sunshine and a little Hazy, but who knows, weather may change. I'm a "glass half full" type of person so always look on the positive side. If it becomes a snowstorm we will cancel this drive. Hope to see everyone there. It is our "First event of the New Year!"
