September Meeting and Drive

Information:

The club drive will be AFTER our lunch meeting at Soldier Hollow Golf Course in Midway.

We will meet  at 11:30 am as a club for lunch at Soldier Hollow Golf Course in Midway, UT.

​

We had originally planned to participate again in the Riverton City 9/11 parade, but it turns out that Riverton will not be holding that parade this year. We were unable to determine that any municipalities would be holding any parades to commemorate the date.

After lunch, those interested in driving with us are invited to drive Guardsman Pass from Midway to Big Cottonwood Canyon. There may be some that elect to stop at Brighton to take a leisurely stroll around Silver Lake.

In any event, the drive is tailor made for top down Miata driving and the scenery is splendid. For those opting to not stop at Silver Lake and go straight through to Big Cottonwood Canyon, we expect this drive to last around an hour.

There is another option of turning off the road and driving into Park City. We’ll be happy to show you where the turn off is.

So, whether you take the delightful hour tour back to Salt Lake Valley or choose to spend time visiting Silver Lake or even the shops in Park City, we hope you’ll join us for the drive!
