October Monthly Meeting and Drive: Nebo Loop                   

 

Date & Time:  Saturday, October 1st, 11:30AM

Location: Payson's Constitution Park on the North East corner at Main Street and 700 S.

 

Address: Main Street and 700 South, Payson. Turn East off of Main street into the parking lot at 700 South (south of the city pool)

 

Information:

Bring your favorite fast food or pack a lunch, and bring your lawn chair in case the pavilion is reserved (we may need to use the lawn).  Hope bathrooms are open (or a gas station will do) before the drive. At the meeting we'll ask for a volunteer drive leader and sweep.

 

Drive:

We will head up over Nebo Loop going from north to south then head east towards Nephi. 

At Nephi there are options for heading back north/home:

· Drive I-15 straight home

· Drive through Mona and Goshen Canyon, stop at Rowley’s Red Barn candy and ice cream shop in Santaquin, then I-15 home (newsletter editor will probably take this route ;-) )

· After Goshen, head west to Elberta and north along the west side of Utah Lake.
