April Luncheon and Drive

This is a new restaurant we have not been to as a club.  It is owned by the same folks who own the Asian Star, so the food has to be exceptional!  We will have our monthly meeting and discussions. 

 

After lunch if the weather is nice we will take a drive on the Wasatch Front.  If Big Cottonwood Canyon has a nice plowed road with not too much traffic, that is a possibility.   Another option is to drive along Foothill Blvd. and go up Emigration Canyon to Mountain Dell Reservoir and then over to I-80 and take I-40 thru Heber City and down Provo Canyon Road and from there everyone can find their own way home. Probably best option of the two!
