January Luncheon & Activity

When: Saturday, January 10, 2026   Lunch & Movie (Movie time: TBD)

Luncheon:  Red Robin Restaurant   801-266-9410                                                           Address: 316 E. Winchester (6400 S.)  Murray, Utah 84107                         Movie: “Wicked; For Good” at Megaplex: Jordan Commons; Sandy.

  

We will meet at 11:00 a.m. at the Murray Red Robin Restaurant in the private dining room on north side.  Order off the menu.  We will conduct our monthly meeting and discussion of club business and outline the next few months for winter and spring activities.  Any discussion or recommendations from our members is welcome and appreciated on anything you would be interested in doing during the colder months.

 

We have planned to see the sequel to the movie we saw last January 2024; “Wicked: For Good”  The movie show time will be determined in January and hopefully before the January newsletter. If not, we will also post more info on our FB page.  As of this writing, the Megaplex at Jordan Commons does not have the times of the movie or the theaters it will be shown in yet.  They are telling me this information will not be available until the first of the year and they will contact me first week in January.  We prefer, as a club, to not purchase everyone’s tickets but rather have each person purchase their own ticket and refreshments (if desired).  I am assuming their will be a variety of seats available from standard to luxury depending on theater we will be in.  Pricing will be standard seat pricing for regular or senior persons.  If the group attending prefers to see another movie then we can make a change or adjustment.  Some photo characters from original Wizard of Oz and also characters from Wicked I & 2.
